                 (San Antonio Rock N Roll, Shiner Half, NYC Marathon,
                 Chosen, Chicago, Marine Corps, Dallas Marathon & Half,
                 Las Vegas Marathon)
Times: Sunday long runs at 6:00 AM
           Tuesday & Thursday runs at 5:00 AM
Location: Classes alternate between Stone Oak, Bitters, and a pre-
                determined destination run.
Price: $250; $230 returning class participants
$20 discount for registering before first day of class

License to Run

License to Run/License for Speed is a 12-week programs designed for all runners, beginners to elite. The class will prepare you for 5K’s & 10K’s. We'll assess your current running fitness, and help you achieve your goal. Classes are divided into groups according to pace. Workouts include various types of runs including intervals, fartleks, hills, and tempos. Discussion topics include injury prevention, stretching, form, cross training, racing, shoes, apparel and much more.

Price: $110 ($100 for returning participants) with $10 off for registering before the first day of class
Class meets at Stone Oak on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 7:15pm.

Specialty Classes

Good Form Running classes focus on proper mechanics and aim to help runners of all ages and abilities run faster, more efficiently, and injury free.. This class meets on Saturday mornings from 8:00 - 10:00 AM and will last 2 weeks. The June class on June 24 & 26 will meet in the evening from 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Our GFR class is designed with simplicity as the primary goal, because if something isn’t easy it generally doesn’t last. Not a runner? We emphasize how basic principles apply to both running and walking. Wear your running shoes for these classes. Be sure not to miss the first session. (Price: $25)

RunFitt™ is a fusion of movements and exercises designed to enhance total body strength and flexibility of a runner. RunFitt™ combines exercises from Pilates, Yoga, strength training, 360 core exercises and balancing exercises to strengthen areas that runners tend to neglect. RunFitt™ uses running as the aerobic phase of this workout and will always start with a 2 - 3 mile easy run.

When you return from your warm-up your coaches will meet you at the RunFitt™ pit, where you will get instruction on the exercise and movement. Our Coaches will also control the tempo to keep you moving. The session’s close with 10 minutes of breathing and Yoga poses to cool down and send you out to conquer the world.

Classes meet two times a week for six weeks (Price: $110 for 12 classes; $20 off for current class members). Get $10 off for registering before the first day of class. Take all the RunFitt classes throught the year for $500.
